RunTex hired to produce Trail of Lights →

It looks like the RunTex Foundation will produce the Trail of Lights this year.

The City Council voted this morning to ask parks staffers to negotiate and sign a contract with the foundation, which is the nonprofit branch of the running-gear business RunTex.
